[ Vash exhales a hum, twisting a bit to turn so he can face Wolfwood head on, his arms lifting to loosely wrap around his shoulders. He leans into that headbump, letting his eyes close for a moment, only opening them when he speaks again. ]
( but you see, wolfwood is generally easily embarrassed and new to all of this relationship nonsense. is this a relationship? should he think more deeply about this? but then vash comes closer and he pulls him flush, leaning down to kiss him.
less talking, he's not about to discuss the things he wants to do with him. or that he has been steadily worrying about him. no, he lets the kiss speak for him, pressing him up against the edge of the table. )
[ This is not a suggestion Wolfwood? He doesn't complain though.
One of his hands drops to prop himself against the table, the other shifts to touch the side of Wolfwood's face as he returns the kiss. Teeth nip at his lower lip before Vash's tongue swipes into Wolfwood's mouth, the ghost of a laugh lost between the two of them.
( it is most definitely a suggestion! wolfwood's just not accustomed to lending voice to this sort of thing. it's a special kind of feeling, knowing that vash isn't pushing him away. in fact, the man's getting cheeky, and wolfwood finds himself enjoying the nip, the tease of his tongue.
readily, he parts his lips to invite him in deeper, more; more to assure himself of his presence than anything. eventually, when he pulls away, his gaze is hazy and dark, fixed on him. )
Mmh. Were you laughing?
( despite the question, there is no hostility, only curiosity. )
[ Sorry what? Laughing? Vash blinks slowly, his own expression mirroring the heat in Wolfwood's own. He exhales a hum, tongue darting out to lick his own lips as he puzzles through what was asked.
Right. Laughing. ]
Oh, I guess maybe I was. [ He shrugs a little. ] I'm in a good mood.
( a good mood, is it? it's precious and rare, and he cups his cheek lightly, studying him. this time, the smile and brightness in his eyes is genuine, and he can't help the slightest relief. )
You have so few of those. ( he remarks, but he likes it; he's all for encouraging his good mood. ) What's going to keep that going, huh?
[ Oh. Suddenly his face is being held and he just.... blinks. Staring right back at Wolfwood, he lifts his hands to settle over the ones on his face. ]
Dunno, you're doing a pretty good job at it so far. Dinner and a nap sounds good.

( he presses his forehead to his lightly, then lets go of him before nudging him towards the food. )
Go on. Eat up, and we'll see about that nap.

[ He's joking, if the quirk of his lips isn't a dead giveaway. ]
